- Noida Web Technoloy will make every effort to complete the project/changes in the given timeframe. Reasonable delays are accepted if functionalities are redefined or modified.
- Noida Web Technoloy offer packages in co-ordination with third party providers. Changes to the third party provider's rules and policies may ultimately effect the services we provide or the terms and conditions herein.
- Hosting is an annual charge which must be paid in advance for the whole year. Except if the client is under one of our Maintenance packages.
- All renewals must be paid by seven working days prior to the expiry date. Noida Web Technoloy will not be responsible for issues relating to delayed payment.
- If client is not using our server, then we will not provide any technical support.
- Any type of misbehaviour by clients can effect on our services OR we can terminate your any or all service without any message/mail.
- Bulk Emailing, Email Spamming, Email Marketing or any activity which blacklist our IP will not be allow on server.
- We will add our company name / our branch company in bottom of your website for our promotion.
- We will not provice CPnale in any offer / promotional website package.
- We will not provide any technical support for third party software or Free services mail service like Google Mail, Zoho Mail.
